Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service
- Greet customers and inquire about reason for visit
- Schedule appointments and manage workload for service technicians
- Provide estimates for services and repairs, as well as communicate any additional work that may be needed
- Keep customers informed of progress on their vehicle and any delays that may occur
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary materials are available for service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and service procedures
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
