- 2-3 years experience in a similar environment.

- BCOM Accounting

- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
PROCESS
- Assist and support accountant with accounting related duties to the best of own ability.
- Collect and prepare financial information and related data in line with the audit file and approved accounting framework.
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
- Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision makingin area of accountability.
- Cash Management - Perform banking allocations and daily bank reconciliations, ensuring all receipts are accurately matched to customer invoices.
- Collaboration with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Cash flow forecast preparation – Monthly and daily.
- Assisting with stocking of vehicles.
- Preparation of tax pack with assistance of reporting manager.
- Maintain intercompany and interdivisional loan accounts.
- Work closely with accountant to ensure clean financial data.
