Job Description:
Beekman Canopies is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to manage the receiving and dispatching of vehicles at our Rosslyn facility. This role is critical in ensuring all vehicles are accurately recorded, inspected, and released in line with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive vehicles from carriers and verify quantities against delivery documentation
• Conduct thorough inspections on all vehicles upon arrival and record any damages
• Accurately capture all VIN numbers and accessory serial numbers
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, signed, and filed before vehicle release
• Coordinate the dispatch of vehicles once fitment is completed
• Perform quality checks and inspections between departments to identify and report damages
• Maintain clear records of vehicle movement and status at all times
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues immediately to management

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in vehicle receiving, dispatch, or yard control (essential)
• Experience in the automotive or vehicle fitment environment (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail, especially with VIN and serial number capturing
• Good administrative and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Experience working with OEMs, fleet operations, or logistics environments
• Computer literacy ( Microsoft Office / Excel) ( Syspro – advantageous)
