Motus Daimler Trucks Airport currently has a vacancy for an Administrator: Support (Uptime Champion) . The Uptime Champion Administrator Support contributes to the company’s goals by providing administrative support aligned to the company’s strategy. Reporting to the Manager: Administration (Service) the ideal candidate must have at least 5 years post-graduation experience in Automotive industry and finance.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating debtors’ meetings and, maintaining records and databases, and providing general administrative support to the Service Administration Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate debtors meetings.
- Maintain records and databases – daily reporting of productivity and DOC.
- Provide general administrative support to Service and Service Administration Manager.
- Conduct Monthly report for the Service Department.
- Manage the consumable Stock and Cash Account, Petty Cash.
- Manage the Calibrations and upkeep of the workshop certifications – Monthly as per dealer Standard.
- Manage the adherence rate and bookings of the Vehicle’s due for repairs and service.
- Maintain and monitor overdue reports and resolve within 30 days, monitor all service-related debtors queries.
- Manage the customer refund process and follow up on cash outstanding daily.
- Issue sundry orders to suppliers and ensure that invoices and processed timeously.
- Manage the U05 Credit report on a weekly basis.
- Conduct Stock Count of Vehicle’s in the yard and Oil Stock Count (twice a week)
- Order Uniforms and manage for workshop staff.
- Ensure Workshop facilities are maintained and serviced as needed.
- Ordering of workshop Oils with Parts department.
- Manage the monthly report files for the workshop.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Uptime Champion Administrator Support or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF4)
