Job Title: Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager with expertise in Ford vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ford vehicles and extensive knowledge of their parts and components.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to technicians and customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize profitability
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote parts sales
- Train and mentor parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a parts department, with a focus on Ford vehicles
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE certification in parts management
- Experience working with Ford dealership software systems
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
