Job Title: Specialist: Service Advisor

Position Overview:
The Specialist: Service Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients who visit our service center. They will act as the main point of contact for customers who require assistance with their vehicles and will provide guidance on recommended services and repairs. The Service Advisor will also coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work and communicate updates to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assess customer needs and provide recommendations on necessary services and repairs
3. Schedule appointments for service and repairs
4. Coordinate with service technicians to determine work priorities and ensure timely completion
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
6. Communicate updates on service progress to customers
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
8. Assist in generating service estimates and invoices
9. Upsell additional services or products as needed
10. Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical qualification (Qualified Technician)
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of service management software
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
