Job Description: Motus Autoworx, a dynamic leader in the vehicle repair industry is looking, is inviting applications from honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible candidates with relevant experience to apply for the position of Receptionist at our Cape Town Airport branch.
Position Overview: The purpose of the position is to deliver upon admin responsibilities in a timely manner, and manage the switchboard and reception area of the branch, providing a professional and friendly interaction to callers and visitors alike.

Minimum Experience:
- 1 year of relevant reception and administration experience.
- 1 year of relevant experience with TMS
- 1 year of relevant experience in a Panel shop
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
- Computer literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- An excellent command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written
- TMS proficient
Job Outputs:
- Professionally meet visitors and ensure that they are taken care of.
- Effectively and professionally handling incoming calls, including the accurate taking of messages and speedy relay thereof to relevant people.
- Ensure that the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Managing the diary for reserving the boardrooms, and timeously ensuring that they are set up as reserved.
- Assist with various administrative duties in order to maximize available capacity.
- Provide callers with accurate information, taking care to always be knowledgeable and updated on current products, processes, policies.
- Open up DR’s
- Book in vehicles on TMS
- Manage vehicles on site and fleet checks
- Other duties as assigned.
