Job Description

Job Purpose

To perform the planning, coordinating, and marketing activities required for the smooth running of
selected marketing functions to ensure the brand sales and company objectives are met. Assists with the implementation of the marketing strategy. Supports one or several functions, i.e., advertising campaigns, communications, public relations, market research, promotional presentations, and materials. Prepares reports on sales data, market trends and competitors.

GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS

1_PROCESS

Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the area of accountability.

Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns aimed to increase sales.

Coordinate relevant public relations and events activities.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Identify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality and escalate unresolved issues to management and process owners. (Where applicable)
Identify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality.
Keep up to date with marketing trends and industry innovations.

Report on transactional and process activities to enable timely and effective decision making.
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns that support all traditional elements required
in order to deliver leads, sales, brand and company objectives in alignment with the business strategy.
Build relationships with distribution brands in South Africa and execute deliverer for all traditional elements relating to Motus financial services.
Build relationships, and manage the task delivery of various agencies in order to ensure that brand standards and objectives are met.
Plan and develop relevant traditional marketing elements.
Provide support with monthly budget reconciliations, coordinating supplier invoices and statements, and provide invoice payment assistance to the financial function.
 Undertaking ad hoc projects as and when required by management.

Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.

Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business.

Broaden the understanding of customer service delivery principles and provide specialist support to meet and exceed customers' expectations.

Provide customer journey map by analysing touch points within the organisation to maximise marketing opportunities.

Minimum Experience

3 - 5 years' experience in a similar environment
