Job Title: Administrator: Service Advisor (Non-Technical)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Communicate with customers to explain service recommendations and costs
- Prepare work orders and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of service work
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update service history information
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
- Provide support to service managers and other team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
