Job Description: Are you an F&I specialist looking to SHIFT YOUR CAREER to an established and highly successful Automotive Dealership? Auto Pedigree is looking for a Finance and Insurance Manager with at least 3 years of motor industry experience and the relevant regulatory and legislative compliance. The successful candidate will be based at N1 City branch.
Position overall objective: This is a key role that provides support to the dealership network by providing an efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) are upheld.

- 3 years' experience working as a qualified F&I at a dealership
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
- A code 08 unendorsed driver’s license and own transport
- Highly proficient in Excel with a fair knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
- NCA Accreditation
Meet the following FAIS fit and proper requirements:
- Up to date CPD Hours for all cycles
- Completed COB
- Minimum qualification requirement as determined by DOFA
- Completed RE 5
Job Outputs:
To implement and monitor policies, procedures and processes that will result in:
- maximized back end profits; compliance with legislation; and
- Address all incidents and or report all incidents of non-compliance
- To act as representative for financial products and services.
- Manage all related products and services.
- Define future requirements for operations and ensure the implementation of strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations and business objectives
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Inform and educate customers on products to ensure retention of existing customers; Increase sales revenue and increase the organization’s customer base.
