Position Summary:
We are seeking a  Specialist Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing Volkswagen vehicles, as well as a VW certification. The primary responsibilities of this role include performing maintenance and repairs on VW vehicles, conducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues, and providing high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s needs
- Stay current on VW technologies and updates through ongoing training and education
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of work orders

Qualifications:
- Trade Certificate (Red Seal)
- VW certification required
- Minimum of [3] years of experience working on VW vehicles
- Strong understanding of VW vehicle systems and components
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
