Motus MULTIFRANCHISE ISUZU & RENAULT ZAMBEZI (PRETORIA NORTH) has an opportunity available for a PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to support retail and workshop customers within a busy dealership parts department.

A basic salary and commission structure is being offered for this role, and it can be a lucrative career for a driven sales person with a track record of successful target achievement. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts enquiries (counter and telephonic).

• Identify and supply correct parts using electronic catalogues.

• Generate quotations, invoices, and sales orders.

• Manage back orders and follow up with customers.

• Support workshop and retail sales requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and stock control processes.

• Achieve monthly sales and GP targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive parts sales.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Computer literacy and parts catalogue experience.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Valid driver’s licence.
