Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for our Volkswagen dealership. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to meet monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads and prospect new customers through various sales strategies.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
3. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Volkswagen vehicles.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly sales targets.
5. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
6. Stay up to date on the latest Volkswagen models, features, and industry trends.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Knowledge of automotive technology and features, specifically Volkswagen.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
