Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team to sell new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and exceptional communication and customer service skills. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction process
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
