Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Online / Virtual Vehicle Sales Team Leader to lead our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in online vehicle sales, as well as experience leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote team of online vehicle sales representatives
- Set and track sales targets and goals for the team
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales processes
- Ensure team members are trained on our products and services and are able to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online vehicle sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in online vehicle sales, with a proven track record of success
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
