Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet customers to drive sales of Ford vehicles
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the fleet sales market
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service for fleet customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the fleet sales industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and Ford vehicles is preferred
