Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and help us sell our new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and exceptional customer service skills. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for customers interested in purchasing new vehicles.
2. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
3. Conduct test drives and provide customers with a positive experience.
4. Negotiate prices and terms to close sales deals.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest product information and trends in the automotive industry.
8. Attend sales training and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Passion for cars and knowledge of new vehicle models.
6. Valid driver's license.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
