Job Summary:
Motus Ford & Mazda (Ford Kroonstad) is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor: Parts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of parts department staff members
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Process incoming and outgoing parts orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide technical assistance to customers and staff regarding parts inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales opportunities
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a parts department, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems
