Lereko Volvo Trucks Polokwane currently holds a vacancy for a Parts Sales Executive: Parts Department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate must have parts sales experience. A proven track record is required. Actively prospects for customers & parts sales at a level that contributes to the required profit and targets of the department, in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company.
Job Description:
- To sell more parts to achieve maximum profit.
- To always ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- To ensure details of all parts sales are accurately recorded and registered.
- To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with the parts manager for continued improvement.
- Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
- To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting parts sales with Parts Manager.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Customer service orientation.
- Networking and canvassing skills
- Prepare and make follow-up calls
- Ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally
- Excellent communication using all mediums verbal, electronic etc.
- Team-player
- Able to initiate contact with customers
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Parts sales skills, knowledge and experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and be results orientated.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric/ NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Experience in parts sales in the commercial space preferably
- Work related/ OEM related system know-how.
