Job Description
George Multifranchise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive parts and extensive knowledge of components and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Sales. Identify parts required using catalogues and sell parts to customers over the counter, phone, email.
- Order Processing: Prepare quotations, invoices, and picking slips for parts, using systems like Drive.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with repair garages, customers, panelbeaters and suppliers to generate repeat business.
- Administrative & Technical: Source parts, inspect defective parts for return, and stay updated on technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a parts environment
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Microcat.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s licence and Grade 12 certificate
Advantageous:
- Experience working in Multifranchise environment
- Panelbeater experience.
